About the Role

Join Mass General Brigham as a Snr Pharmacist BWFH in United States. Site: Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. Mass General Brigham relies on a wide range of professionals, including doctors, nurses, business people, tech experts, researchers, and systems analysts to advance our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Operates within the limits of pharmacy policy and procedures.

Ensures compliance with target drug programs, formulary management, medication management initiatives, and adverse drug event monitoring programs.

Documents and reports clinical interventions, medication errors, adverse drug events.

Participates in department quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

HR Only required Experience experience working as a pharmacist 3

5 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Extensive knowledge and ability in all areas of the department including: IV Admixtures, Drug Information, Ambulatory, Manufacturing, and Drug Distribution.

Attention to detail.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $63.75/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
