About the Role

Join Baylor Scott & White Health as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist in Temple, Texas. This role includes inpatient psychiatric rotations and consult liaison services at a large academic medical center.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultancy liaison and inpatient psychiatric rotations.
• Provide inpatient, emergency, and consultation services.
• Participate in outpatient clinics and telepsychiatry services.
• Engage in faculty appointment duties teaching medical students and residents.
• Participate in call rotation at Canyon Creek Behavioral Health inpatient psychiatric hospital.

Requirements

• MD/DO degree from accredited program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry (BE must obtain BC within 2 years).
• Current Texas medical license and DEA or eligibility.
• Meet hospital credentialing and HR onboarding requirements.
