Requirements

Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school and must be ABMS board certified or eligible in Neurology. Applicants also require an active, unobstructed Colorado medical license or the ability to obtain one, along with BLS certification and DEA registration.
