This contract position is for licensed psychiatrists seeking to build or expand their private practice. Headway provides a platform to accept insurance, streamline operations, and increase earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own practice independently.
• Use Headway's tools for scheduling, documentation, and billing.

Requirements

• Fully licensed psychiatrist with DEA or CDS number.
• Board certification.
• Valid NPI and malpractice insurance.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly wage between $156 and $261.
• No traditional benefits (1099 contractor).
• Free insurance credentialing.
• Continuing education through Headway Academy.

Work Schedule

• Flexible, self-managed schedule.

This role offers autonomy and support for private practice growth but does not include health insurance or PTO.
