Key Responsibilities

  • AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides quality care in the evaluation and treatment of voice, fluency, speech, language, and swallowing impaired patients.
  • Documents evaluation and treatment efforts as well as patient response to treatment in accordance with established professional guidelines.
  • Bills patient’s accounts for equipment and services rendered.
  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff members, physicians and referral sources.

Requirements

  • SP) from the American Speech
  • Language Hearing Association (ASHA) or in the process of obtaining such. Pennsylvania license in Speech Pathology. Current CPR certification. MINIMUM
