About the Role

Join Healthcare For the Homeless Inc as a Therapist Case Manager in United States. Key Responsibilities

Deliver behavioral health assessments, individual and group therapy, and intensive case management.

Conduct home and community visits to ensure client progress and well

Support clients with budgeting and financial literacy as part of representative payee services.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work (LMSW or LCSW
