Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct Veteran care and care coordination, as it pertains, to Veterans and their care within the HBPC Program.
  • Demonstrate leadership in delivering and improving holistic, home

Requirements

  • based care to HBPC patients and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting.
  • Support colleagues through knowledge sharing to provide safe, quality HBPC nursing. Shares educational findings, experiences, and ideas with peers.
  • Preferred Experience: Geriatric and Home Care experience preferred. Case Manager certified preferred.
  • Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
