Key Responsibilities
- Contacts the prescriber with suggestions for improvement and resolves problems with the medication orders as needed.
- Documents resolutions and clinical interventions in the appropriate manner.
- Complies with directives of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee as it relates to formulary management.
