Key Responsibilities

• will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical function and mobility.

• will assess patients' physical abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote healing and prevent further injury.

• will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and adapting treatments based on patient progress and feedback.

• will also educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.

Requirements

• Successful completion of accredited physical therapy program and state licensure exam.

• Valid Physical Therapy license

• 1 year of home health experience preferred

• CPR certification
