Key Responsibilities
- Must maintain calm and professional demeanor.
- Performs blood draws and other laboratory testing, medical management, IV therapies, wound care, etc. as directed by medical providers.
- Documents test results and examinations in the EMR.
- Implements orders written by medical providers.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program and licensed as a professional in the District of Columbia is required.
- One year of health care experience in a hospital, long
- term or home health care setting with 1 year of experience with a frail or elderly population is required.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to interact clearly and effectively with both internal and external customers.
