About the Role

Amaze Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their virtual primary care team. Provide patient-first care in a flexible, on-demand telehealth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients via video or chat.
• Order and interpret labs remotely.
• Prescribe medications electronically.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted APP license.
• Minimum 4 years clinical experience.
• Strong communication and digital literacy.
• Location restricted to AZ, CO, IL, MO, OH, PA, TX.
