About the Role

Join Nevada System of Higher Education as a Pathology Chair – Sign-On Bonus, M-F Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and executes a vision for the Department and pathology specialties with clear priorities and measurable goals and objectives that align with the mission of Endeavor Health.

Actively leads efforts to standardize processes, protocols and practice expectations across Endeavor Health to achieve superior outcomes.

Identifies opportunities to enhance and expand clinical services to facilitate growth of the practice, department and medical group.

Requirements

Partner with administrative dyad to drive efficiencies in support of Endeavor financial sustainability strategic imperative.

Monitors key revenue cycle metrics and activates changes to improve performance as needed.

Responsible for achieving provider productivity targets and fostering a culture that values continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.

Actively manage financial performance in partnership with administrative leadership.
