Key Responsibilities

Supervision Agreements: Establish and maintain written delegation/supervision agreements with PAs (specifically those with <8,000 hours of clinical practice) as required by A. R. S. § 32

Clinical Oversight: Review and ensure that health care tasks performed by APPs are within their scope of training and experience.

Quality Assurance & Chart Review: Conduct regular, structured chart reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to NextCare’s clinical protocols and evidence

based standards.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.

Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona.

Certification: Board Certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine is preferred.

DEA: Active DEA registration.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $250 - $500/mo

Malpractice insurance covered.

Work Schedule

Part-Time position.

Remote position - work from anywhere.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
