Join NextCare as a Supervising Physician - Urgent Care | Arizona in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision Agreements: Establish and maintain written delegation/supervision agreements with PAs (specifically those with <8,000 hours of clinical practice) as required by A. R. S. § 32
  • Clinical Oversight: Review and ensure that health care tasks performed by APPs are within their scope of training and experience.
  • Quality Assurance & Chart Review: Conduct regular, structured chart reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to NextCare’s clinical protocols and evidence
  • based standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
  • Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona.
  • Certification: Board Certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine is preferred.
  • DEA: Active DEA registration.

  • Salary: $250 - $500/mo

Work Schedule

  • Part-Time position.
  • Remote position - work from anywhere.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
  • Day shift only - no nights.
  • Flexible scheduling available.
