About the Role

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical training programs for behavioral health professionals at WellPower. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Clinical Training Specialists.
• Develop and facilitate training programs.
• Monitor compliance and maintain training records.
• Provide clinical consultation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related.
• Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
• 2 years clinical experience and training program management.

• Salary range: $90,001.60 - $134,992 annually.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday hybrid.
• Some weekends and evenings required.
