Key Responsibilities

  • Provides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury, and assists patients to reach maximum performance levels.
  • Provides all components of direct patient care including supervision of physical therapist assistants, support personnel and students.
  • Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations.
  • Seeking individuals that have pediatric orthopedic experience.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in physical therapy or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree obtained prior to 2016, along with a current Physical Therapist license in Indiana and Basic Life Support certification. Pediatric orthopedic experience is specifically sought, with preferred skills including pediatric sports medicine and potential interest in aquatic therapy.
