The Speech Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and consultation services to individuals experiencing communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient, physician, and inter.

• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy techniques, home programs, and saf.

• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and qualit.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

• Establish appropriate, measurable, and realistic goals and regularly assess and document patient progress toward those goals.

• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy techniques, home programs, and safety considerations.

• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of services across all settings.
