Join Fresh as a Finance Associate – Remote, 4-Day Week in TELECOMMUTE, United States.

Key Responsibilities

• manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Assist with rate reconciliations and retroactive adjustments as required by payer contracts or government programs.

• Grant & Fund Accounting Maintain accurate fund accounting records to ensure proper allocation of expenses and revenues across restricted and unrestricted funds.

• Prepare grant-specific financial reports in accordance with funder requirements and deadlines.

• Monitor grant budgets; collaborate with Development staff to ensure budgets are adequately accounted for.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $60K - $75K

• 20 days PTO.

• CME allowance: $1,400.
