About the Role

Join The Steadman Clinic as a full-time Physician Assistant specializing in complex shoulder, knee, and sports orthopedic surgery. Work primarily in Vail with some travel to Frisco.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in clinic, OR, and ER.
• Perform procedures within PA scope including surgical assisting.
• Manage patient education, preoperative consents, and documentation.
• Coordinate care with therapists and external providers.

Requirements

• Accredited PA program graduate with NCCPA certification.
• Colorado licensure and DEA required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

• Salary range $105,000 - $160,000 based on experience.
