Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the child’s needs to include be.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s) Provide parent training Ongoing and new hire training.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) M.
- degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education and enrolled or willing to enroll in BCBA coursework will be considered for supervisor role.
- BCBA preferred Graduate degree in Psychology, Education, or related field 1 + years of supervisory experience.
- At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
