Key Responsibilities

• 5 days per week including Fridays. Physician will have ready access to diagnostic equipment and dedicated support staff Employment with the Intermountain Medical Group

Requirements

• trained in pain medicine Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $999.99/hr.

• Relocation assistance: $20,000.

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
