Requirements

• Unrestricted Physician Assistant licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process

• Graduate of an Accredited Physician Assistant program, Masters level preferred

• National Board Certification

• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full
