Join DaVita Kidney Care as a Nurse Practitioner – Integrated Kidney Care in Norfolk, VA.
Key Responsibilities
- will address the care barriers kidney patients face: Bringing care to the patient: Patients receive care in the health setting they spend the most time in: the dialysis unit.
- will revolve around the time patients will come into the dialysis units, primarily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- will have clinical autonomy to determine which patients to see and during which time.
