About the Role

Join Douglas County Visiting Nurses as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) -Home Health in United States.

Key Responsibilities

& Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services in accordance with the plan of care established by the supervising Physical Therapist.

Administer therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, transfer training, and other skilled interventions.

Observe, document, and report patient responses to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT.

Accurately complete required documentation in the electronic medical record in accordance with agency policy and Medicare guidelines.

Requirements
