Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation that promotes positive growth and development of children and youth
- Assist with providing program oversight and accountability for the performance of staff and safety of program participants.
- Must possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, walk, bend, stoop, and stand on a routine basis.

- Assist in managing an active program of volunteer coaches and coach certification.
- Trains and monitors coaches in accordance with National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA) guidelines. Supervises volunteers as required
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
