Join Vierra Communities as a Physical Therapist- PRN in United States. Physical Therapist – In-House – Skilled Nursing PRN Non-exempt, Essential Personnel Vierra Falls Church, a Vierra Communities property, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team! Requirements

Conducts screenings of patients at regular intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment.

Establishes individual patient schedules in conjunction with other team members.

Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including long and short

term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
