Join IntraCare Health Center as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - AZ in United States.

Requirements

C license in the state of practice Minimum 3 years post

graduate experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (Urgent Care–only experience is not sufficient) Prior experience in value

based care (HEDIS, RAF/HCC coding) strongly preferred Experience with Athena EMR highly preferred Comfortable in a high

volume environment (23+ patients/day)
