Join InnovAge as a Behavioral Health Provider (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) – No Call, No Weekends in United States. Monday through Friday position with no on-call or weekend hours required. InnovAge PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is an alternative to nursing facilities.
