Key Responsibilities

• assigned to supportive staff (PTA and Therapy Aide).

• Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in planning and implementing the patient plan of care.

• Assists with operational activities including budget control, performance improvement, and infection control and department safety oversight.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.

• Current State of Ohio license as a Physical Therapist.

• BLS certification of obtained within thirty (30) days of hire. Preferred:
