Requirements
- Master’s Degree in social work is required.
- Bachelor's degree in social work plus five years of social work or social service clinical experience may be considered in lieu of a master's degree.
- Experience Qualifications Prior experience in social work or past social service clinical experience directly transferrable to a healthcare environment is preferred.
- 2 years of home care, hospice, discharge planning or related experience is preferred.
