About the Role

Join CarDon & Associates as a Occupational Therapist (OTR) - Arbor Trace in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough resident evaluations to determine functional abilities and limitations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident assessments and goals.

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve residents' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.

Performs therapy or assigns resident to a Certified OT Assistant (COTA), and communicates sufficient information about the treatment plan to nursing and other personnel to assure a team approach.

Requirements

Must be a licensed Therapist who is a graduate of an ACOTE accredited school.

Must have a valid Indiana Operator's license and be able to travel occasionally to other locations if needed to provide therapy coverage.

Proven experience in resident care, including assessment and treatment planning.

Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication purposes. Preferred Qualifications

Signing bonus: $5,000.
