Join Advanced Home Health and Hospice of Colorado Springs as a Physical Therapist – PRN, No Weekends in United States. Description The Home Health Physical Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to individuals in their homes. You will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with various physical impairments, functional limitations, and mobility issues.

Key Responsibilities

and Duties: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and needs to develop individualized therapy plans.

Develop and implement effective treatment programs to improve patients’ mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall functional performance.

Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and assistive devices to address specific physical impairments and goals.

Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, home exercise programs and strategies to support recovery and enhance daily living activities.
