About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with state practice acts.

• Assist the Physical Therapist with evaluations, reassessments, and development of treatment plans including problem lists and short- and long-term goals.

• Deliver individual, group, and supervised therapy sessions as outlined in the treatment plan and monitor residents’ responses to interventions.

• Communicate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and adjust treatment plans when needed.

Requirements

• visual and hearing acuity sufficient to assess resident safety and the ability of members Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $39 - $41/hr
