Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, or a licensed professional with post
- licensure mental health experience.
- Active mental health license in Missouri: Psychologist, LMSW, LCSW, PLPC, LPC. Additional Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.

- Provide supervision to the Clinical Providers, ensuring regular individual supervisory sessions and team meetings.
- Assist Clinical Providers in effective time management in alignment with DMH standards and departmental needs.
- Deliver individual, group, family, and practical counseling, adjusting to the needs of clients and treatment goals.
- Present educational material in public forums to promote community understanding of mental health issues.
