About the Role
Join GuideStar Eldercare as a Clinical Therapist (Independently Licensed) in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- will do: - Provide evaluation - Provide condition-specific support therapy, or when indicated, insight-based therapy - Coordinate the patient’s care plan with the facility, PCP and GuideStar colleagues, and engage with the family as indicated.
- provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities.
- provide holistic, continuity of care for elderly individuals who are afflicted with neurocognitive disorders.
- Provide evaluation - Provide condition-specific support therapy, or when indicated, insight-based therapy -.
Requirements
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Good time management skills
- Able to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or in Social Work
