Key Responsibilities

What you'll do: Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.

Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.

Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.

Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.

Requirements

What we're looking for: Current OT license through the State Board of Occupational Therapy required.

A minimum of 2 years OT experience required.

Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $55/hr

Signing bonus: $2,500.

401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Flexible scheduling available.
