About the Role

Join Phoenix Home Care and Hospice as a Speech Language Pathologist in United States. Part Time Availability Lebanon, MO and surrounding areas Pay Per Visit Speech-language therapy plays an essential role in the home health model of care. It provides valuable support to patients with various speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities

Performs direct speech therapy services to patients as ordered by a physician and in accordance with the Plan of Care.

Complies with agency standards, policies, procedures, state and federal regulations, state practice acts for licensed personnel, the Business Code of Ethics, and payer.
