Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the ethical and cost-effective management, delivery, documentation, outcomes, and communication of patient care within their scope of practice. This position requires adherence to National Patient Safety Goals based on the level of patient contact.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy and possess a current Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license or be eligible for one, with licensure completed within six months of hire. A current BLS or CPR certification is required upon hire or within 30 days.
