Requirements

• Critical Access Hospitals: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Fond du Lac Hospital

• Inpatient: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• within 6 months of hire date American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• Waupaca, Wisconsin Overtime Exempt: No
