Key Responsibilities

and Essential Functions: Leadership and Collaboration 1.

Assures delivery of safe patient care by analyzing patients needs and skill competency level of personnel when making patient assignments b.

Facilitates interdisciplinary communication and planning to ensure timely care delivery including discharge c.

Communicates with direct leader any needs or concerns pertaining to patient care delivery or employee performance d.

C, NPS, RPFT (AE

Preferred Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s): All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. BLS

Basic Life Support or ARC

Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS
