Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and mobility.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals.

Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
