About the Role

Join Mental Health Association of Monmouth County as a Crisis Intervention Counselor in United States. The Mental Health Association of Monmouth County seeks a compassionate and skilled Crisis Clinician to join our Family Crisis Intervention Unit. This role provides 24/7 crisis intervention, stabilization, and advocacy services to youth and families experiencing acute challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services and two years of experience with adolescents.
  • Master's degree in a mental health discipline with licensure required by New Jersey law (preferred).
  • Master's-level staff are assigned higher risk cases.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Work Schedule

  • 24/7 on-call rotation schedule.
  • Call responsibilities required.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
