About the Role
Join Lakeview Specialty Hosp as a Physical Therapist – Full-Time to PRN in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs initial and on
- going assessments of patient's condition.
- Establishes, revises, and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.
- Records daily treatment charges and equipment billing to insure fair and accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
- Degree from accredited educational institution
- Current CPR certification Preferences
- Preference will be given to candidates comfortable in evaluating and treating patients within inpatient, inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $95K - $114K
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
