Key Responsibilities

will provide screenings, assessments, and out-patient services to inmates housed at the Berks County Jail System.

Provide individual, group, and family counseling as appropriate to inmates.

Requirements

Preferred candidates will … One (1) year direct substance abuse counseling experience (or relevant internship) Master’s degree preferred CAC preferred Be Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements Must be able to read and interpret documents and read and analyze data on a computer screen for prolonged periods.

Must be able to hear well to communicate with clients, vendors, and coworkers in a forensic setting.

Benefits & Compensation

15 days PTO.

Work Schedule

8am-8pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-4pm Friday with Saturday hours, when applicable schedule.
