Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities Completes a comprehensive evaluation of patients.

Utilizes clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plan and goals focused on progressing patients towards discharge.

Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to address all barriers to discharge.
