Requirements

RN with current RN licensure in the state of Kentucky and/or Indiana as required by designated position, or the ability to obtain required license upon hire.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; previous home health or hospice experience preferred.

Knowledge of palliative care required.

Must have a valid driver’s license in accordance to policy.
