Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate positive leadership, promote a team

based work environment and present the agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts. Education/Certification/Licensure: Required

MENTAL HEALTH LICENSE REQUIRED: LSW, LPC OR HIGHER

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Master's in Social Work or Professional Counseling

Requirements

Able to provide services in an office, the community and/or client homes, which may include facilities with multiple levels

Work flexible hours, which can include days, evenings, and weekends, as desired to meet the needs of clients and the OhioGuidestone and is available for crisis management by phone as needed.

Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid insurance.

Ability to take and pass drug screening.
