Key Responsibilities

• Annual licensure reimbursement provided.

Requirements

• Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience. hourly rate range: $55.00 - $70.00 per year
• Board Certified.
• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York.
• Maintain current DEA license.
• Maintain active BLS (i. e. CPR) certification.
• Maintain current Driver’s License.
