Key Responsibilities
- Provide Counseling Services: Offer empathetic and undivided attention to help-seekers through phone calls, texts, and live chats, understanding their immediate needs and developing brief action plans.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately and completely enter relevant data into our Hotline database in a timely manner, and report information to authorities when legally required.
- Collaborate and Grow: Attend staff meetings, complete required trainings, and actively participate in team discussions to identify effective approaches and interventions.
Requirements
- of 12 hours and a maximum of 29 hours per week.
- Shifts are first come- first served, and being listed here does not guarantee they will be available upon hire.
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience working with family violence and/or child abuse.

- Salary: $52K - $56K
Work Schedule
- Part-Time position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
