Overview NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking an In-Home Staff Physical Therapist in Haslett, MI! In-Home Physical Therapy team looking for a clinician with outpatient orthopedic philosophy towards treating in-home post-total joint patient population for current growing program.

Key Responsibilities

Travel is required to different home care settings, between clinics, doctor’s offices, and to patient’s homes.

Evaluates the home environment for rehab and make appropriate recommendations to increase the independence of the client.

Develop, prepare, and maintain individualized client care progress records with accuracy, timeliness, and according to agency policy and procedures.

Requirements

Licensed physical therapist in the state of employment.

Minimum two years of experience as a physical therapist.

Automobile liability insurance and current unrestricted driver’s license.

CPR certification or complete training required.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $85K - $95K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
