- Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) And Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP)
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) Or Board Certified Cardiology Pharmacist (BCCP)
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) Or Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacist (BCCCP)
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) Or Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP)
